Lettings Negotiator in our Havant office with on target earnings up to £40,000.
Let's Talk About The Role. It Involves
- Utilise expertise of the local property market to facilitate successful lettings transactions
- Demonstrate empathy and diplomacy when handling sensitive situations involving landlords and tenants
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail in documentation and legal compliance to minimise errors
- Adapt to changing market conditions and client needs to maximise business opportunities
- Negotiate rental terms effectively to achieve favourable outcomes for clients
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts
- Efficiently manage time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service
- Demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving to address challenges promptly
- Uphold professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and colleagues

- Understanding of the UK Lettings regulations and legislation
