An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic, positive, ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Bethnal Green.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to join a busy and successful office, with strong earning potential.

- Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 Basic | OTE £50,000+
- Pool car available
- Driving licence preferred but not essential
- Job Type: Full Time

Salary & Benefits:

Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 3:00pm
- One weekday off in lieu
A typical day:
- Registering and qualifying new applicants
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Progressing tenancies through to completion
- Generating and following up on new enquiries
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Working with the team to maximise branch performance

About you:
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Consultant preferred but will consider candidates with strong transferable skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident conducting viewings
- Highly organised with strong customer service skills
- Motivated, ambitious and professional
