Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Self-Employed Lettings Partner Agent. The Lettings Partner Agent will be responsible for managing landlord/tenant matters, handling property management tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day duties will include acting as a dedicated personal agent from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining professional standards. The role requires communication with clients, marketing properties to potential tenants, and providing outstanding service and support throughout the management of tenancies.

Qualifications
- Experience in landlord/tenant matters and property management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Background in estate agency operations
- Knowledge of the lettings industry and compliance standards
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in managing properties and handling tenant relations
