Role Description
The Lettings Portfolio Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Haydock. This position is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring that landlords and tenants receive timely, professional support. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Managing tenancy applications and renewals
- Coordinating property marketing
- Arranging and following up on viewings
- Handling tenant referencing and move-in processes
- Organizing inspections and maintenance
- Managing compliance documentation
- Addressing tenancy issues in line with legal and company policies

The Lettings Portfolio Manager will work closely with colleagues to achieve occupancy targets, maintain accurate records, and deliver a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience in residential lettings or property management, including managing a portfolio of rental properties.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple properties, deadlines, and administrative tasks accurately.
- Knowledge of lettings legislation, tenancy agreements, and basic property maintenance processes, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency with property management or CRM systems, email, and standard office software.
- Ability to work on-site in Haydock, with a professional, reliable, and proactive approach.
- Previous experience in an estate agency or similar environment is beneficial; relevant qualifications in property or housing are an advantage.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be needed for attending properties and appointments.
