The Company and the Role
A super‑prime, prominent London estate is seeking a Lettings Portfolio Manager to oversee part of its centrally located residential portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day tenancy management of residential leases within the portfolio, working alongside the appointed Property Manager
- Selecting and instructing agents for valuations on refreshed or refurbished properties
- Coordinating marketing activity, compliance documentation and drafting tenancy agreements
- Day‑to‑day management of the portfolio’s letting agents and monitoring performance
- Management of annual rent reviews
- Oversight of the debt recovery process
- Administration of tenant references, tenancy agreements and financial transactions
- Management of the lettings activity performance tracker
- Maintaining positive relationships with agents, stakeholders and tenants

Candidate Profile
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the residential lettings sector, preferably within Central or West London
- ARLA qualified desired but not essential
- Strong knowledge of the forthcoming Renters’ Rights Bill legislation
Our client is seeking an individual who can manage the leasing process and lettings portfolio with strong commercial awareness, while also understanding the wider values‑led approach of the estate. They should be able to demonstrate a solid grasp of the financial dynamics of residential lettings and how value can be added across a portfolio.

Remuneration
The salary for this position is dependent on prior experience. In addition there is a generous benefits package included.
