Key Responsibilities:
- Managing tenant applications and referencing.
- Coordinating property maintenance and reporting repairs to landlords.
- Completing property inspections, check-ins and check-outs.
- Supporting customers throughout their journey to ensure smooth transitions between departments.
- Working closely with the Branch Manager to uphold service standards and maximise business opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- An experienced Lettings Apprentice / Consultant ready for a new challenge.
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in a lettings role (essential).
- Excellent customer service with a friendly, professional manner.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and driven to help grow the business.
- Up-to-date lettings legislation knowledge.
- Full UK driving licence - Manual Vehicle (Essential).
- Local area knowledge of Warrington and surrounding areas (Essential).

Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break)
- 1 in 4 Saturdays: 10:00am – 12:30pm
