Lettings & Property Management Lead
Help shape the future of one of Northern Ireland’s fastest-growing independent estate agencies.
Full-Time | Lurgan | Competitive Salary plus performance incentives
Marc Fegan Bespoke Estate Agency is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for an experienced, motivated and organised individual to take ownership of our lettings and property management department.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking independent estate agency that prides itself on exceptional customer service, innovation and professionalism. We’re not interested in doing things the way they’ve always been done—we’re focused on continually raising the standard of estate agency across our area.
As our Lettings & Property Management Lead, you’ll become the driving force behind our growing portfolio, delivering an outstanding experience for landlords and tenants while helping us shape the future of the department.
About the Role
This is far more than a traditional property management role.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership. You’ll become the main point of contact for our landlords and tenants, ensuring every property is managed efficiently, professionally and proactively.
You’ll work closely with the wider team while having the autonomy to organise your workload, improve systems and make a real impact within the business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
