The Role
As the VitalSpace team continues to grow from strength to strength, we are always looking for passionate and enthusiastic people to grow with us.
Our property manager role will play a crucial role in the management of our growing residential portfolio ensuring all relevant tasks are dealt with in a responsible and timely manner. You will provide property management and tenancy support services to landlords and tenants under the guidance of our maintenance and letting managers.
As a property manager, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment.
Based at the busy Urmston office, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing incoming property maintenance
- Arranging and conducting property inspections
- Coordinating with contractors
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Overseeing all compliance and legal regulatory requirements

Role
You will need to be already working or have previously worked in an Estate Agency lettings role, as you will be expected to hit the ground running. An ideal candidate would possess:
- Previous property management experience
- Knowledge of rental and tenancy laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively

Salary / Remuneration
Salaries are negotiable depending on experience with an attractive commission structure. Commission earnings are uncapped, so your earning potential is limitless.
Requirements
- Full UK Manual Drivers Licence
Package
We offer an annual holiday entitlement of 22 days, excluding all public holidays, a company pension, a generous commission structure and our commitment to help you progress and develop within your role. Experience in property lettings is essential in this role. As a result, we require 2 years experience in a similar role.
