Ready to take the next step in your property management career?
EC Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively on behalf of our client — a successful, privately owned property company — to recruit a proactive and people-focused Lettings & Property Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys taking ownership of their portfolio, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to tenants and landlords alike. You’ll be joining a business that genuinely looks after its staff, offering a welcoming, supportive culture with regular social events, professional development opportunities, and a strong sense of team spirit.
What makes this role exciting?
- You'll take full ownership of your own portfolio — managing everything from viewings and tenancy paperwork to inspections and rent reviews.
- You’ll be out and about, not stuck behind a desk — carrying out property visits, liaising with tenants, and making sure homes are in top shape.
- You’ll work with an in-house maintenance team, meaning you can get things resolved quickly without chasing third parties.
- You’ll play a key part in keeping properties fully let and profitable — through sharp advertising, reducing voids, and delivering great service.
- Your attention to detail will shine through in everything from tenancy compliance to keeping systems up to date.
- Most importantly, you’ll be someone tenants trust — creating positive experiences and being there when they need support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
