Lettings Property Manager – Crosby – £30k basic plus commissions OTE £40k

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join one of Liverpool's largest independent estate agents.

This established agent has multiple branches across Liverpool and is devoted to assisting their staff in progressing and developing within their role, and as such offer fantastic career progression and training opportunities, alongside a great range of other benefits!

What’s in it for you

  • £30,000 basic annual salary plus DOE
  • up to 25 days annual leave, excluding all public holidays
  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
  • Working 1 in 4 Saturday’s, 10am – 4pm, with a lieu day given

What you will be doing

As a property manager, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment:

  • You'll play a crucial role in the management of growing the residential portfolio
  • Overseeing incoming property maintenance
  • Arranging and conducting property inspections
  • Coordinating with contractors
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Overseeing all compliance and legal regulatory requirements

What you will have

  • Experience in property management and lettings is essential in this role
  • Currently working in a lettings property management role in Liverpool
  • Knowledge of rental and tenancy laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Currently studying ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
