We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Valuer in our Brighton office.
This is a full-time position with an OTE up to £60,000.

- Generate new business opportunities
- Prospect for potential clients and conduct rental valuations
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Adapt to new systems and changing environments
- Assist with all aspects of the business when needed
- Work closely with the property management team and operational support teams
- Referrals for Market Appraisals and Mortgage appointments
We're looking for:
- Proven lettings experience
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Knowledge of lettings regulations
- ARLA qualification or willingness to obtain
- Strong organisation, communication, and negotiation skills
- A proactive, hardworking team player
