Lettings Valuer
Location: Birmingham, UK
Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Competitive Basic + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses

We’re a fast-growing, tech-driven property brand shaking up the rental market. With landlord and tenant apps, streamlined systems and a reputation for doing things properly, we’re looking for a high-energy Lettings Valuer to drive our Birmingham growth.

The Role
You’ll be the face of Rentlife in Birmingham, winning new business and building long-term landlord relationships.

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct rental valuations across Birmingham
- Win new landlord instructions
- Build and nurture investor relationships
- Spot portfolio growth opportunities
- Work closely with our marketing and operations teams
- Represent the Rentlife brand with confidence and professionalism
- Hit (and exceed) monthly targets
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Lettings Valuer or Senior Negotiator
- Strong knowledge of the Birmingham rental market
- Confident closer with a track record of winning instructions
- Driven, self-motivated and commercially minded
- Full UK driving licence
- Someone who wants progression — not just payslips
