Our Nine Elms Lettings team have experienced significant growth over the past three years and is looking for a driven Junior Lettings Valuer to support our continued expansion. This exciting position is located near the City of London, providing the opportunity to source high net worth properties in prestigious areas such as St. Paul’s, Liverpool Street, London Bridge, and Tower Bridge. You will play a crucial role in driving our success by identifying and valuing premium properties while building strong relationships with clients. Your expertise will be essential in delivering exceptional service and contributing to our reputation for excellence in the competitive London property market. Your Responsibilities as a Junior Lettings Valuer:
- Arranging and carrying out Market Appraisals
- Continuously seeking new business opportunities through networking and relationship building
- Developing a deep understanding of the local area, including schools, developments, and local amenities
- Playing a key role in helping to grow and maintain our managed portfolio
- Staying up to date with market trends and Lettings legislations
Your Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the property industry
- Motivated to advance your career
- Confident working independently and initiating strategies for sourcing new business
- Passionate about your career goals and striving to achieve them
- Strong negotiation abilities
- Ability to effectively address concerns and objections, turning potential obstacles into opportunities
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of the lettings process and current legislation
- Valid driving licence (essential)
