Lettings Valuer
Location: Putney Brand: Stirling Ackroyd Salary: Up to £55,000 OTE per annum Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 8.45am - 6.00pm
- Friday: 8.45am - 5.00pm
- Saturday: 10.00am - 4.00pm (on rota basis)
- (Saturday work entitled to half a day in lieu)
Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
The role of Lettings Valuer involves growing the property register by winning instructions and assisting the Branch Manager in maximizing branch profitability. You must excel at building strong client relationships to deliver outstanding service consistently while working in a highly motivated, target-driven team.
Main Duties Include:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities while registering applicants
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Conducting property valuations
- Negotiating and agreeing tenancy agreements
- Supporting the Branch Manager as required
- Providing exceptional customer service (both over the phone and in person)
- Meeting personal and branch sales targets
- Representing the company professionally at all times
- Cultivating strong internal and external relationships

Skills Required
- Prior experience working as a residential Lettings Consultant
- Proven business generation skills
- Previous experience in property valuation
- Advanced customer service expertise
- Strong telephone manner and positive attitude
- Effective negotiation abilities
- Tenacity, self-motivation, and drive to succeed
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships
- Adaptability to changing environments
- Valid full UK driving license
