Role Description
The LEV Testing Engineer role is a full-time hybrid position based in the South West, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) testing on client sites
- Performing functional and safety checks on ventilation systems
- Documenting test findings in clear, compliant reports
The role involves planning and executing test schedules, creating and reviewing test cases, and ensuring all testing adheres to relevant standards and regulations. The LEV Testing Engineer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to provide technical advice, identify system issues, recommend improvements, and support ongoing maintenance and compliance activities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess BOHS P601 Qualifications as a minimum, with good career progression available.
- Candidates should possess experience in Functional Testing of ventilation and LEV systems, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Relevant technical qualification in engineering, building services, environmental science, or a related field is beneficial.
- Knowledge of UK and European standards for LEV and ventilation systems, and familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work safely and independently on client sites and from home.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel to client locations within the London Area and, when required, across the UK and Europe.
