Main Responsibilities
- Support the administration of training courses, events, and apprenticeship programmes, including bookings, joining instructions, registers, and learner records
- Assist with monitoring email inboxes, responding to routine enquiries, and escalating complex queries to colleagues or supervisors
- Assist with basic analysis and reporting, including member engagement, course attendance, and feedback summaries

Skills required
- Produce clear written work with good accuracy
- Organise and prioritise tasks
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other workplace technology
Qualifications required
- A minimum of 5 x GCSEs which must include both English and Maths at a grade 4/C or above
- Applicants without these grades should be able to demonstrate sufficient English, Maths, and digital skills to undertake the apprenticeship and perform the role effectively
