Level 2 Housing and Property Management Assistant Apprenticeship at Cottington Close RMO
We are a Tenant Management Organisation. We manage social housing properties on behalf of the local authority - Lambeth Council.
Apprenticeship Overview:
- Salary: £8.00 an hour, Automatic pay increase after one year on programme for 19+ year olds
- Working Week: Monday to Thursday – 10.00 am – 4.00pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Hours: 20 hours per week
- Duration: 15 months
- Apprenticeship Qualification: Level 2 Housing and Property Management Assistant Apprenticeship standard qualification
- Training: Online training supported by our dedicated tutor
- Location: 1 Opal Street, 2nd Floor, Kennington London, SE11 4HZ

- Manage a joint inbox
