We are looking for a full-time member of staff, or we are open to part-time for the right candidate/s – please state your preference in the application form.
The Role
We are seeking to appoint a skilled, nurturing Level 2 Learning Support Assistant to join our hardworking team on a permanent basis. We are looking for someone whose values strongly align with those of our school community and who is committed to inclusive, child-centred practice.

The Successful Candidate Will:
- Share our Christian ethos and school values and demonstrate these consistently in practice
- Hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Have experience working within primary education
- Have experience supporting children with a range of needs, including intimate care where required
- Be calm, patient, caring, and nurturing
- Be skilled in supporting learning through play using high-quality interactions, as well as through small-group interventions and 1:1 support
- Be flexible, proactive, and an effective team member
- Have high expectations of themselves and others

Hours: 30 hours per week, Term Time only
Grade: Grade B, SCP 4, £25,185 (Actual Salary, £17,828 - £18,064 p.a.)
