The Opportunity

An established aviation organisation is looking to add an experienced NDT Inspector - Level 2 to its Engineering team. Working within a regulated aircraft maintenance environment, you will support the delivery of safe, compliant, and high-quality Non-Destructive Testing activities across a varied fleet.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NDT professional looking to work in a fast-paced aerospace environment where safety, quality, and regulatory compliance are at the heart of everything the business does. The role will involve both base maintenance and occasional support at remote locations when operational requirements demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out NDT inspections on aircraft and aircraft components in accordance with approved procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the NDT Level 3 and wider engineering team in the delivery of inspection activities.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with maintenance manuals, company procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Complete and maintain accurate inspection and maintenance documentation.
  • Assist with the coordination of NDT activities alongside aircraft maintenance operations to ensure work is completed efficiently and to schedule.
  • Support aircraft maintenance activities away from base, including defect assessment and operational requirements.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance at all times.
  • Promote a positive reporting culture and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with task planning, workload prioritization, and team development.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
