This role is ideal for an IT Engineer who enjoys hands-on technical work, solving real problems, and supporting modern cloud-first environments. The Role
You’ll support and maintain customer IT environments, ensuring systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. The work is varied — from Microsoft 365 administration to network troubleshooting — and you’ll be part of a team that values clear communication, good engineering practice, and steady improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Administration, support, and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365 environments
- Maintaining and supporting firewalls
- Troubleshooting and improving networking and switching
- Assisting with Hyper-V environments (advantageous, not essential)
- Providing clear, effective technical support to users and customers
- Contributing to a hybrid working rhythm across the Greater Belfast area
What You Bring
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (administration, support, issue resolution)
- Solid grounding in networking fundamentals and switching
- Practical experience with firewalls
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work hybrid from the Greater Belfast area
- Willingness to learn and grow your technical skillset
