Actual Salary: £17,842 - £18,125
Working Hours: 30 hours a week, Fixed term until 31st August 2027
Term Time Only
REQUIRED TO START: September 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter

What are we looking for:
St Bartholomew’s CE Multi Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Level 2 teaching assistant to support children’s access to learning. The successful candidate will be based at Woodfield Primary School.
We are looking for a child-centred practitioner with:
- Experience of working with children who have a wide variety of educational needs.
- An understanding of children’s development with special educational needs.
- Experience of working with children with special educational needs.
- Experience of supporting children in all aspects of the Early Years Foundation Stage and National Curriculum.
- Knowledge and understanding of how to motivate and enthuse children in their learning.
- Knowledge and experience of leading targeted interventions.
- Proven experience of a range of positive behaviour management strategies.
- High expectations of children and a commitment to raising standards.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
