Bring Your Early Years Experience Into a Primary School
Are you Level 3 qualified and ready for a new opportunity working with young children?
Prebook Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Ealing looking for an experienced Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join its Early Years provision as soon as possible.
This could be an ideal move if you're currently working in a nursery, preschool, Early Years setting or school and would like to develop your experience within education.
You'll become part of the EYFS team, helping children build the early skills, confidence and independence that provide the foundations for their future learning.
Your Role in Early Years
Young children learn through much more than sitting at a table.

All contribute to their development.
You'll help create an environment where children feel secure enough to explore, communicate and try things for themselves.
Your Role Will Include
- Supporting children through play-based and structured learning.
- Encouraging speech, language and communication.
- Supporting early literacy, phonics and numeracy.
- Helping children develop social and emotional skills.
- Encouraging positive interactions with other children.
- Supporting independence with daily routines.
- Working with individual children who need additional support.
- Helping children with SEND or emerging additional needs where required.
- Preparing engaging activities and learning resources.
- Supporting indoor and outdoor provision.
- Observing children's learning and development.
- Sharing observations with teachers and Early Years colleagues.
- Helping maintain a safe, positive and stimulating environment.

What We're Looking For
You'll need a recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years together with practical experience of working with young children.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Understands the EYFS framework and early child development.
- Enjoys interacting and communicating with young children.
- Can encourage learning through play and exploration.
- Is patient, nurturing and dependable.
- Recognises that children develop at different rates.
- Can work confidently as part of an Early Years team.
- Is committed to safeguarding and children's wellbeing.
- Wants to continue developing their skills and experience.
An Enhanced DBS, or willingness to obtain one, will be required.

If you've developed your career within a nursery or childcare environment, moving into a primary school can give you valuable additional experience while allowing you to continue working within Early Years.
