Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship
L A H EDUCATION LIMITED Stanmore (HA7 4FZ)
Summary Working in a childcare setting with children ranging from ages 0 - 5. You will be working towards an Advanced Diploma Early Years. Your apprenticeship will last for 13 months. This apprenticeship requires dedication, commitment & punctuality for you to be successful.
Wage £12,480 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices
Training Early years educator (level 3)
Work Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work Working in a Childcare setting with children ranging from ages 0 - 5 Completing a variety of day-to-day childcare tasks to ensure that children’s needs, welfare and education is catered for Also, being able to liaise with external customers, parents, to provide a high level of service for the childcare setting
Training course You will be working towards an Advanced Diploma Early Years. Your apprenticeship will last for 13 months, where you will be supported by a dedicated assessor throughout your apprenticeship, as well as a mentor and other staff within the nursery.

Requirements
- Essential qualifications: GCSE in English (grade C/4 and above), Maths (grade C/4 and above)
- Skills: Communication, IT, Attention to detail, Organisation, Customer care, Problem solving, Presentation, Administrative, Analytical, Logical, Team working, Creative, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience
