Role Description

- Managing key person responsibilities such as observations and progress records

The educator will maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and safety, and collaborate with colleagues and families to ensure consistent, child-centered care. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bournemouth, requiring active participation in team meetings, continuous professional development, and nursery events.
Qualifications
- Ability to plan and deliver structured learning experiences, demonstrating strong Lesson Planning and Education skills.
- Proficiency in Teaching and Training, with experience supporting children’s development and learning through varied methods.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues, including clear written and verbal reporting.
- Recognized Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (or equivalent) and knowledge of early years frameworks and safeguarding practices.
- Experience working in a nursery or preschool setting, with a commitment to inclusive practice and child-centered care.
- Organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Up-to-date pediatric first aid and enhanced background checks (or willingness to obtain) are highly beneficial.
