We’re looking for an experienced, reliable and creative Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our nurturing team. If you’re someone who champions inclusive practice, builds strong relationships and is passionate about helping every child reach their full potential, we’d love to hear from you!

šŸ“ Location: Shiregreen

šŸ’· Salary: Up to Ā£28,000 per year

šŸ•˜ Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (working hours between 7:30am–6:00pm)

The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can learn, explore and grow.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To

  • Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Observe, assess and record children’s progress, using observations to identify next steps and support individual development.
  • Build positive relationships with children and families through excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
  • Adapt activities and approaches to meet individual needs and promote inclusive practice.
  • Create a safe, hygienic and inspiring environment where children feel confident to explore.
  • Support safeguarding procedures and contribute to risk assessments and best practice.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, attend meetings and take part in ongoing training and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings passion, creativity and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding early years care.

Essential

  • Recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Experience working within an early years setting.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a calm, patient approach.
  • Ability to adapt practice to support individual children and diverse families.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work within nursery opening hours (7:30am–6:00pm).

Desirable

  • Experience supporting children with additional needs.
  • A passion for sustainability and environmentally conscious practice.
  • Experience creating engaging play-based learning opportunities.
