Level 3 Early Years Educator
š Location: Shiregreen
š· Salary: Up to Ā£28,000 per year
š Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (working hours between 7:30amā6:00pm)

The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, youāll play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can learn, explore and grow.
Youāll Have The Opportunity To
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Observe, assess and record childrenās progress, using observations to identify next steps and support individual development.
- Build positive relationships with children and families through excellent communication and emotional intelligence.
- Adapt activities and approaches to meet individual needs and promote inclusive practice.
- Create a safe, hygienic and inspiring environment where children feel confident to explore.
- Support safeguarding procedures and contribute to risk assessments and best practice.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, attend meetings and take part in ongoing training and professional development.

What Weāre Looking For
Weāre looking for someone who brings passion, creativity and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding early years care.
Essential
- Recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Experience working within an early years setting.
- Strong emotional intelligence and a calm, patient approach.
- Ability to adapt practice to support individual children and diverse families.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work within nursery opening hours (7:30amā6:00pm).
Desirable
- Experience supporting children with additional needs.
- A passion for sustainability and environmentally conscious practice.
- Experience creating engaging play-based learning opportunities.
