📍 Location: Shiregreen

💷 Salary: £28,000

🕘 Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week

  • Deliver high-quality, child-centred learning experiences.
  • Build warm and nurturing relationships with children and their families.
  • Support children’s emotional wellbeing, development and independence.
  • Observe, assess and respond to the individual needs and interests of each child.
  • Adapt your practice to ensure every child feels included and supported.
  • Bring creativity and fresh ideas into the nursery environment.
  • Promote sustainability through everyday activities and experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Follow the EYFS framework and maintain high professional standards.
  • Promote safeguarding, health & safety and wellbeing at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about early years, emotionally intelligent and committed to creating the best possible experiences for children.

Essential

  • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Genuine passion for early childhood development.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build nurturing relationships.
  • Ability to adapt your practice to meet individual needs and interests.
  • Creativity and willingness to think outside the box.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards.
  • Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
  • Ability to work full-time and be adaptable with start and finish times.
  • Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
  • Ability to provide two satisfactory references upon an offer of employment.
