📍 Location: Shiregreen
💷 Salary: £28,000
🕘 Hours: Full-time – 40 hours per week

The Role:

- Deliver high-quality, child-centred learning experiences.
- Build warm and nurturing relationships with children and their families.
- Support children’s emotional wellbeing, development and independence.
- Observe, assess and respond to the individual needs and interests of each child.
- Adapt your practice to ensure every child feels included and supported.
- Bring creativity and fresh ideas into the nursery environment.
- Promote sustainability through everyday activities and experiences.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and supportive team culture.
- Follow the EYFS framework and maintain high professional standards.
- Promote safeguarding, health & safety and wellbeing at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about early years, emotionally intelligent and committed to creating the best possible experiences for children.
Essential
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Genuine passion for early childhood development.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build nurturing relationships.
- Ability to adapt your practice to meet individual needs and interests.
- Creativity and willingness to think outside the box.
- Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards.
- Passion for sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
- Ability to work full-time and be adaptable with start and finish times.
- Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check.
- Ability to provide two satisfactory references upon an offer of employment.
