šŸ’· Salary: Ā£26,436–£28,000 per year

šŸ•˜ Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week over 4 days or 5 days

The Role:

As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you’ll help create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can learn through play, exploration and meaningful experiences.

Essential

  • A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build nurturing relationships.
  • The ability to adapt practice to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and professional standards.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
