š Location: Wakefield
š· Salary: Ā£26,436āĀ£28,000 per year
š Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week over 4 days or 5 days

The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, youāll help create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can learn through play, exploration and meaningful experiences.
Youāll Have The Opportunity To
- Build nurturing and respectful relationships with children and their families.
- Create engaging and creative experiences that support childrenās learning and development.
- Adapt your approach to meet the individual needs, interests and abilities of every child.

Essential
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to build nurturing relationships.
- The ability to adapt practice to meet the individual needs of each child.
- A commitment to safeguarding and professional standards.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience working within an inclusive early years setting.
- An interest in sustainability and environmentally friendly practice.
