Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship

Location: Apple Kids Birmingham (B28 9JB)
Closing Date: 23 days (Saturday 31 October 2026 at 11:59pm)

Summary Kickstart your career in early years education! Join a nurturing and dynamic team as an Early Years Educator apprentice. You'll gain hands-on experience working with children, creating engaging learning environments, and supporting their development while studying towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.

Wage £12,480 for your first year, then could increase depending on your age National Minimum Wage rate for apprentices

Training

  • Course: Early years educator (level 3)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 30 hours. All year round.
  • Start Date: Monday 2 November 2026
  • Duration: 1 year 6 months

Work Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering fun, engaging activities tailored to children’s individual needs and interests
  • Supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development
  • Ensuring a safe, secure, and inclusive environment for all children
  • Observing and recording children’s progress to monitor their development
  • Assisting with daily routines such as meals, naps, and hygiene
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
