The Role
Position: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Pay: GBP14.25:GBP16.65 per hour, depending on experience and assignment
Location: Havering, East London
Start date: ASAP
Setting: Nurseries and early years settings
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you'll help children feel secure and ready to explore, communicate and learn through play.
Key Responsibilities For a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
- Support engaging activities and daily care routines.
- Encourage communication, independence and social development.
- Help observe children's progress and support their next steps.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive setting alongside the wider team.

What We're Looking For in a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner:
- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is essential.
- Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting.
- A nurturing, proactive manner and sound safeguarding awareness.
- An enhanced DBS, or willingness for one.
