Responsibilities
The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will prepare inviting activities, respond to children's interests, and support routines with patience and care.
- Deliver play-based experiences linked to the EYFS
- Encourage language, social skills, and early problem-solving
- Observe development and contribute useful information
- Support meals, toileting, rest, and transitions appropriately
- Keep the environment safe, stimulating, and well organized

Requirements
A Level 3 Early Years Practitioner must hold a relevant recognized Level 3 qualification. You should understand safeguarding, communicate well with colleagues and families, and bring a calm, positive approach to children's individual needs.
