We are currently recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join a friendly and supportive early years setting in Barnstaple.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development and is looking to build a rewarding career within Early Years. An immediate start is available, with excellent progression and professional development opportunities for the right candidate.
The Role
As a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, education, and support to young children. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
- Planning and delivering fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities.
- Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress.
- Supporting children's emotional wellbeing, confidence, and independence.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
- Working effectively as part of a professional nursery team.
- Following safeguarding and health and safety procedures.

About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Have a genuine passion for working with children.
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Be caring, patient, enthusiastic, and reliable.
- Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Be committed to providing high-quality care and education.
- Have previous experience within an early years or nursery setting.

Salary: 93 - 100 GBP Per annum
