Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant / Nursery Assistant
Ellesmere Port | Part-time | Temporary | Start: ASAP
A gentle opportunity to step into a role where you can make an immediate difference.
We are seeking a caring, adaptable and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming early years setting in Ellesmere Port on a part-time, temporary basis. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly build positive relationships and bring consistency, warmth and energy to the team.
About the Role
- Support high-quality provision in line with the EYFS framework
- Help create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Work alongside teachers to support observations and child development
- Encourage early communication, social skills and independence
- Uphold safeguarding and wellbeing standards at all times

What We're Looking For
- A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Sound knowledge of child development and early years practice
- Understanding of safeguarding and Teacher Standards
- A calm, flexible and nurturing approach
- Someone who can confidently step in and make a positive impact from day one
