Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our vibrant team!
As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing the highest standard of care and education for young children, helping them to learn and develop in a nurturing environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children
- Planning and delivering engaging activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Observing and assessing children's development and progress, ensuring individual needs are met
- Building strong relationships with parents and caregivers, facilitating open communication about their child's development
- Working collaboratively with your colleagues in a team-oriented environment
- Ensuring compliance with all nursery policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices

Requirements
Essential qualifications and experience:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
- Experience working with children in a nursery or early years setting
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and use your initiative
- Cleared Enhanced DBS check
