Level 3 Nursery Practitioner : Early Years Educator (Horley)
Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner looking to make a real difference in children's lives? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly, supportive team in Horley. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children aged 0:5 can learn, play, and grow.
Employment Details
- Location: Horley, Surrey
- Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Act as a Key Person to a designated group of children, tracking their progress and supporting their individual development.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, and safeguarding across the setting at all times.
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues through clear communication.
- Assist with day-to-day nursery routines, including mealtimes, rest periods, and outdoor play.

Qualifications
- Qualification: Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE, or equivalent).
- Proven experience working within an EYFS nursery setting.
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection guidelines.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting).
