Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Newcastle
Permanent | Full-time or Part-time
32–40 hours per week
Are you a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for a permanent position in a lovely nursery where you can develop your career?
We’re working with a welcoming and well-established nursery in Newcastle that is looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join their team.
About The Nursery
This is a lovely nursery environment where children are supported to learn, explore and develop through play in a safe, caring and stimulating setting.
The nursery places a strong focus on creating a positive and nurturing environment, where practitioners work closely as a team to provide high-quality care and support each child's individual development.
You’ll be joining a supportive team where your ideas and experience are valued, with opportunities to build your skills and progress within the nursery group.
What’s on offer?
- Permanent position with a welcoming and supportive team
- Flexible full-time hours – between 32 and 40 hours per week
- 8-hour Shifts, With Options Including
- 8:00am–5:00pm
- 8:30am–5:30pm
- 9:00am–6:00pm
- Part-time applicants will also be considered
- Excellent opportunities for progression
- Potential to move between nursery branches to access more senior positions as your career develops

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Level 3 Early Years qualified – essential
- Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
- Warm, caring and enthusiastic
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Reliable and committed to providing high-quality care
