Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a primary school while working towards the Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Standard.

As an Apprentice SEND Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with SEND both in and out of the classroom, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential. Working alongside experienced teachers and the SENCO, you will assist with tailored interventions, adapt learning resources, support personal care where required, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine interest in supporting children with SEND
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare

In return, you'll gain a nationally recognised qualification, valuable classroom experience, and support from a dedicated SEND team within a friendly and inclusive school community.

Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
