Level 3 Teaching Assistant
We're looking for a reliable and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a school in Bexley, with a start available as soon as possible.
This is a full-time role supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2. You'll need to be confident working with a range of needs, including pupils who may display challenging behavior.
You should have:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Previous experience working within a school
- SEN experience would be an advantage
- Confidence managing challenging behavior in a calm and consistent way
- A good understanding of safeguarding procedures and school policies
- The ability to follow safeguarding guidance and report concerns appropriately
- A current DBS, or willingness to apply for a new one
- A driving license is preferred
- A positive and flexible approach to supporting pupils across different year groups
