Level 4 Hospitality Manager Apprenticeship at AG Hospitality Services

We are looking for a Hospitality Manager Level 4 Apprentice with hospitality experience and leadership potential. You'll maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, support other departments, and complete physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail, stamina, and a commitment to excellent service are essential.

Apprenticeship Overview:

  • Salary: £8.00 an hour, Automatic pay increase after one year on programme for 19+ year olds
  • Working Week: Monday - Sunday (40 hours per week, shift to be confirmed)
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Duration: 18 months
  • Qualification: Level 4 Hospitality Manager Apprenticeship standard qualification
  • Training: Online training supported by our dedicated tutor
  • Location: 142-146 Cricklewood Broadway, London, NW2 3ED

Duties:

  • Oversee daily hotel operations across Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Housekeeping.
  • Act as Manager-on-Duty and lead the hotel in the Hotel Manager's absence.
  • Ensure SOPs, service standards, and company policies are consistently followed.
  • Monitor costs, manage budgets, and support KPI delivery.
  • Complete daily financial reporting and reconciliations.
  • Manage staff rotas, training, and performance reviews.
  • Drive guest satisfaction, online reputation, and repeat business.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and statutory requirements.
  • Support maintenance and continuous property improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths at grades 4–9 (A*–C) desirable

  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management approach
  • Experience with budgets, reporting, and cost control
  • Familiarity with PMS systems (preferably Rezlynx)
  • Good knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Flexible to work weekends and shifts

Potential full-time employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
