About the role

As our provision is growing at Everything Apprenticeships, we are recruiting for a Sales Tutor to deliver and support our Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is passionate about developing the next generation of sales talent and would enjoy combining their industry experience with tutoring and coaching.

The role will initially start small, with a couple of apprentices to manage, with the potential to grow as our provision continues to develop.

What you’ll be doing

As a Sales Tutor, you will be responsible for supporting apprentices throughout their apprenticeship, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to succeed in their sales careers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a small caseload of Level 4 Sales Executive apprentices
  • Delivering engaging and practical learning sessions
  • Providing one-to-one coaching and support
  • Helping apprentices apply their learning directly to their workplace
  • Supporting apprentices to build their knowledge, skills and behaviours against the apprenticeship standard
  • Tracking learner progress and identifying areas where additional support may be needed
  • Providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Supporting apprentices with their portfolio and assessment preparation
  • Working closely with employers to ensure apprentices are progressing and receiving the right support
  • Maintaining accurate learner records and completing required documentation
  • Preparing apprentices for their End Point Assessment
  • Keeping up to date with developments within the sales sector and apprenticeship requirements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
