Role Description
This full-time Level Access Shower and Multi-Trade Fitter role is an on-site position based in the West Midlands. The role involves installing level access showers and associated bathroom adaptations, including plumbing, tiling, carpentry, and basic electrical work as required. Day-to-day tasks include:

The fitter will liaise with customers and site contacts, maintain a clean and safe working environment, accurately document work completed, and collaborate with the wider installation team to deliver projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in bathroom fitting and plumbing, including installation of level access showers and related fixtures.
- Competence in multi-trade tasks such as tiling, carpentry/joinery, and basic decorative work.
- Understanding of relevant building regulations, health and safety practices, and safe use of tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications, drawings, and work orders, with good attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and site contacts, and a professional, customer-focused approach.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team on-site.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to various locations across the West Midlands.
- Relevant trade qualifications or apprenticeships in plumbing, bathroom fitting, or construction-related disciplines are highly beneficial.
