We produce exciting and engaging entertainment for players across the globe and pride ourselves on developing top-quality casual games that invite and allow players to connect with one another.

About the Role
As a Level Designer, you will collaborate with a team to craft world-leading player experiences and content. You will own level creation and improvements across features, prototypes, and game balance—concepting and setting up engaging new gameplay elements in Unity, finding practical ways to make content creation smoother, and using player data to tune and polish your work. You will also help explore modern, smart workflows (including AI-assisted design tools) to help us prototype, generate, and balance exciting content faster. This is an exciting opportunity to work on many new games with a team of passionate, experienced professionals on top-tier products.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
