Senior Associate – Leveraged Finance | London
I’m working with a leading international law firm in London that is looking to add a Senior Associate to its Leveraged Finance team.
The practice has seen significant recent investment and growth, and this is an opportunity to join a well-established finance platform at an exciting point in its development.
The team advises on sophisticated UK and cross-border leveraged finance transactions, working across the sponsor, lender and private capital markets.
They are keen to speak with experienced leveraged finance lawyers who are operating at Senior Associate level, or approaching that level, and who have strong experience in leveraged and/or acquisition finance.

The ideal background:
- Approximately 5–8 PQE, although there is flexibility
- Strong leveraged and/or acquisition finance experience
- Training and experience with a recognised City, US or international finance practice
- Comfortable running transactions and taking responsibility for junior lawyers
- England & Wales qualified, or with relevant equivalent experience
