Leveraged Finance Lawyer, Managing Associate - London
Hunter Savage is hiring on behalf of a leading international full service law firm to appoint a Leveraged Finance Lawyer, Managing Associate into its London practice. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded leveraged finance team advising on complex acquisition and refinancing transactions.
The firm offers high quality work and strong career development, with exposure to banks, private credit funds, direct lenders, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across UK and European transactions.
The Opportunity
This Leveraged Finance Lawyer position provides a broad practice spanning leveraged finance, acquisition finance, and refinancing. The successful candidate will support a diverse client base across high value matters, often involving private equity backed transactions, sophisticated capital structures, and international stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
Applicants should be qualified solicitors with at least five years' post-qualification experience and strong experience in leveraged finance, particularly private equity backed transactions and UK or European mid-market financings. This opportunity will suit lawyers who combine technical strength with commercial judgment, initiative, a client-focused approach, and the ability to work collaboratively while supporting junior colleagues.
