Liverpool FC Women are seeking a highly motivated, proactive Coach Analyst to join the LFCW PGA U21s staff team. Based at the AXA Melwood Training Ground and reporting to the LFCW PGA Head of Player Development, the successful candidate will work as an important member of the U21 multidisciplinary team (MDT), coaching, capturing and analysing training sessions with a focus on individual and team development on the training pitch and within games. The role also carries responsibility for monitoring and developing game-model examples, both individual and team, and playing an important role on game days home and away.

What you will be doing:
- Training: Support the U21 Head Coach to plan and deliver high-quality sessions focused on individual player development within the LFCW game model; produce and present individual and team development examples; help manage and evidence Individual Development Plans; produce best-practice examples of the club's football philosophy.
- Game day support: Film wide-angle LFCW PGA matches home and away; own the match-day analysis workflow set-up; provide in-game and half-time analysis with clips and feedback; produce individual clips per position-specific and development-plan demands.
- Analysis equipment: Responsible for set-up, usage and storage day-to-day and on matchdays.
- Multidisciplinary collaboration: Operate within the U21 MDT, contribute to performance reviews, planning meetings and player development discussions.
- Innovation and CPD: Stay informed of technological advances, maintain professional accreditation and support continuous improvement.

What we are looking for (essential):
- BSc in Sports Performance Analysis or related discipline
- UEFA B Licence
- Experience providing analysis support in an elite professional football environment
- Competent with camera (IP cameras desirable) and analysis capture systems (Sportscode, Hudl, Replay or equivalent)
- Strong presentation skills using telestration and presentation software (Studio/Keynote/PowerPoint)
- High professional standards and attention to detail
- Ability to produce high-quality work to short turnarounds
- Strong football knowledge
- Able to work within an MDT
- Willing to work regular evenings and weekends

Desirable:
- Experience with female athletes in a high-performance environment
- Previous professional women's football experience
- MSc in a related discipline
Subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
