Fixed Term Contract: 28 September 2026 – 19 October 2026 (inclusive of training days)

Location

London, BFI Southbank. You will be contracted to BFI Southbank but will be required to work at our partner venues in Central London.

About the Role

We are looking for LFF Expanded Venue Coordinators to act as central points of contact on-site for all LFF Expanded programmes across immersive exhibitions, games and VR, and the Expanded Industry Day event activity for customers, BFI staff, contractors, and artists. The successful candidates will also apply a working knowledge of basic technical systems to undertake the daily start-up and shutdown of exhibitions in accordance with documented procedures.

BFI London Film Festival (LFF) runs an Industry & Professional Programme of screenings, events, networking and informal marketplace for around 3,500 film industry professionals alongside the main public festival.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with the LFF Expanded team, technical support and artists, to ensure exhibitions and events run smoothly and technical issues are reported quickly. Resolving operational and technical problems where possible or immediately elevating the issue to the venue and or Expanded team.
  • Working in a collaborative capacity with a customer-focused approach. Ensuring that optimal audience flow through the building is maintained and optimising the customer experience.
  • Ensure artists, guests, and audiences are greeted warmly and courteously upon arrival at the venue and provided clear information regarding the exhibition. Ensuring exhibition spaces and waiting areas are presentable at all times.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
