Distribution Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers – Droitwich Depot

Key Details
- Contract: Full Time / Permanent
- Location: Pointon Way, Stonebridge Cross Business Park, Droitwich WR9 0LW
- Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 (including weekends)
- Shifts Available: AM (Early) & PM (Late)
- pay:
- Hourly rate: £17.30 (Start) – £28.42 (Range)
- Overtime rate: £19.46/
- Potential earnings: Up to £46,000/year (on target, including shift premiums)
- Pay frequency: Weekly (transitioning to monthly by 2025/2026)
About the Role
As a Distribution Driver, you’ll safely and efficiently transport products from our depots to supermarkets across the region. This role isideal for drivers who take pride in safety, organisation, and professional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products on time, accurately and in full compliance with safety and transport regulations.
- Take safety first – respect all road users and adhere to defensive driving practices.
- Prioritise driver and vehicle checks (pre- and post-dose logs).
- Plan routes proactively, accounting for safety restrictions, roadworks, and traffic to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Represent Müller professionally as the face of our business to customers and colleagues.
Requirements
✅ Licences & Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 HGV Licence (LGV Cat C+E)
- Active dCPC (Driver CPC) and digital card
- < 6 minor points on driving licence (no CDs, DDs, DRs, or INs)
✅ Attributes & Experience
- Swift with the physical demands of the role (e.g., load assistance, manual handling).
- Self-motivated, reliable, and positive, able to work independently yet collaboratively.
- Demonstrates a strong customer focus in all interactions with colleagues and clients.
