LGV (C+E) Driver - Andover
The Best HGV Job You Will Ever Do!
Large Goods Vehicles (LGV) drivers will undertake the delivery and collection of products to and from a variety of locations in line with all company policies and procedures.
About the Role
Our HGV Drivers are our unsung heroes. While most of us are sleeping, they’re distributing our products so they’re available when needed – overnight, late in the day, early in the morning, or even on weekends.
You can choose between:
- 32 working hours over 4 days, or
- 40 working hours over 5 days
Routes are assigned up to 12.5 hours per day, with regular additional hours as required. Daily duties include:
- Collecting shopping from state-of-the-art warehouses
- Transporting goods to smaller regional sites (No multi-drops or hidden lanes)

Requirements
To apply, you’ll need:
- Passion for driving and HGVs
- A valid Category C+E driving licence
- Maximum of 6 penalty points on your licence
- No driving disqualifications in the past 10 years
- Desirable: Minimum of 6 months experience in professional driving
Additional prerequisites:
- Safe and competent driving skills
- Ability to remain flexible on daily shift lengths
(Fleet maintenance and customer deliveries are a priority—we want our trucks in safe hands.)

| Evening Premium (18:00–06:00) | £2.00 added to basic rate |
| Sunday Premium (9:00–17:00) | £1.74 added |
| Sunday Evening Premium (18:00–06:00) | £3.94 added |
| Overtime (Mon–Sat, Day Shift) | £24.00 |
| Overtime (Mon–Sat, Evening Shift) | £26.50 |
