Summary of vacancy
Are you an experienced Class 1 LGV Driver?
We are looking for experienced drivers to drive and operate Articulated Ejectors, Walking floors and any other Articulated asset required for the business need. There may also be occasions where you are required to drive Class 2 vehicles out of our contract in Manchester.
About The Role
- Location: Based at Manchester - Cobden Street, Manchester
- Schedule: 4 days on and 4 days off
- Benefits and Perks: C2W Scheme, Bupa dental + healthcare
- Salary: £38,320.26 per annum
- Overtime: Available
What will I be doing?
As a driver working within the R4GM Contract you will be required to:
- Drive and operate Articulated Ejectors, Walking floors or any other Articulated asset required for the business.
- At times, drive and operate class 2 vehicles to meet the needs of the business.
- Deliver a high standard of service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, and contractual requirements at all times.

What are the requirements?
- A passion for driving, coupled with good communication skills.
- Class 1 licence, Digi Tacho Card and CPC.
- Willingness to be part of a successful hard working team delivering a high level of customer service.
- Experience of working in the waste industry is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of working with Waste vehicles is desirable but not essential as full training will be given where necessary.
- Rough terrain driving
