Class 1 Drivers – Permanent, Full-Time Role (Glasgow Depot)
As part of the Müller Milk & Ingredients Distribution Team, we’re seeking skilled Class 1 Drivers to join our Glasgow depot on a permanent, full-time basis.
Your primary responsibility involves safely and efficiently transporting products from our depots to supermarket networks while:
- Performing loading/unloading tasks
- Ensuring timely deliveries with accurate documentation
- Complying with all safety regulations and transportation laws
Pay & Benefits
- Shift pattern: 4 days on, 3 days off (Wed–Sat or Sun–Wed, starting 05:00 AM or midnight)
- Hourly rate: £17.30–£28.42 (depending on shift), £19.46/hour for overtime
- Monthly pay with 33 days’ holiday (increasing with tenure)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver milk products to stores and regional distribution centres accurately
- Uphold strict safety protocols—always prioritising driver/vehicle checks
- Plan routes effectively by assessing roadworks, traffic, and hazards
- Represent Müller professionally, acting as our main point of contact with customers
- Maintain high standards for documentation, log entries, and tachographs
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E), CPC, and digital tachograph card
- Maximum 6 minor licence points (no serious convictions)
- Desirable: Experience with multi-drop Class 1 distribution
- Physically capable of loading/unloading pallets and trolleys
- Reliable, self-driven, and collaborative—excellent teamwork skills
